Methods and Technologies
TIG Method
Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, also known as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), is a welding process carried out in an inert gas shield and is classified as a fusion welding method. It is employed wherever the highest quality of weld joint is required. TIG welding is utilized, among other applications, for stainless steels, aluminum and nickel alloys, thin aluminum sheets, and stainless steel. This method is used in the construction of pipelines and tanks, building portals, or in industries such as food, chemical, automotive, and aviation.

MIG/MAG Method
Metal inert gas (MIG) and metal active gas (MAG) welding involve welding using an electric arc formed between a consumable electrode and the material being welded. The consumable electrode is fed continuously as a wire. The arc and the molten pool of metal are shielded by a stream of shielding gas. Currently, MIG/MAG welding is used almost everywhere, most commonly in heavy and medium-heavy industries such as shipbuilding, steel construction, pipelines, and pressure vessels production. It is often used for repairs and maintenance work.

MMA Method
Manual metal arc welding (MMA), also known as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), is a welding method in which the electrode, held in a holder, serves as a source of shielding gas. The arc forms between the rod and the workpiece being welded. MMA welding is used in all conditions and is therefore the most versatile method in the welding industry. Its main applications include welding steel structures, shipbuilding, manufacturing industry, welding pipelines, and installation work on construction sites. MMA welding is also suitable for field conditions, heights, and places with limited access.
